Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on our jewelry unless the product is received damaged. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@shopnauv.com. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and once we have received and inspected it, we will offer you a replacement or a refund. The item must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of receiving the return shipment label for replacement or refund. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the return.

Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.
